When three companies merged to form Flowco, I designed and built the new corporate website in Webflow — consolidating three legacy sites into one cohesive, brand-led experience with 100+ pages, launched in time for Flowco's IPO.
Flowco was formed in June 2024 by merging Flogistix, Estis, and Flowco Production Solutions — three companies with three separate websites, three sets of design elements, and a large group of stakeholders who all needed to review the work. All of it had to become one cohesive website, and it had to be live by the IPO in January 2025. There was no existing brand architecture to build on: at the same time as the website, I was building Flowco's brand library, color system, and creative direction from the ground up. The site, the brand system, and the company itself were effectively being designed in parallel, on a public deadline.
Design Foundation (first ~3 months, solo) - Adapted a Webflow template foundation — consolidating elements from several templates I selected — into a custom design, including a custom navigation bar, rather than starting from a blank canvas; speed and consistency mattered under the IPO timeline - Built the main page hierarchy and the first ~20 pages myself - Set up all design elements and interaction triggers in Webflow, with a consistent CSS class and site-tag hierarchy so global design changes could be made efficiently across the site Consolidation & Migration (following ~4–6 months, directed) - Brought in our Director of Digital Strategy to help build out the rest of the site; he led the migration of legacy content and owned SEO strategy - Directed the build-out so every migrated page matched the design system I had established, bringing all the legacy brands into one cohesive website - Built out CMS collections for large inherited content sets — including one subsidiary brand's library of 2,000+ patents, structured so visitors can search and filter to find a patent quickly Investor Relations - Oversaw design quality for the separate third-party investor relations website, collaborating with that team so the IR experience looked and felt like the same site when visitors crossed over to it Quality Control - Ran a final design audit across the site to confirm visual consistency, hierarchy, and UX quality on every page before and after launch
- Three legacy company websites consolidated into one cohesive corporate site at flowco-inc.com - Launched in time for Flowco's January 2025 IPO, alongside a design-matched investor relations experience - The site has grown to 100+ pages, including CMS-driven pages and collections - A global style and hierarchy system that lets the team make design updates efficiently across the whole site - A searchable, filterable CMS library for 2,000+ subsidiary patents, turning a bulk content import into a clean, usable UI
